Cosmetics Law

The very question of whether a product is subject to cosmetics law or is instead to be regarded as a medicinal product, medical device or biocide shows just how complex this field is. This is so complex because legislative requirements are not always clear and civil and administrative courts also frequently reach differing assessments.

First and foremost, there is of course consumer protection. The permitted ingredients and their declaration are also important issues.

I assist you with all legal matters, from the product development process through to marketing and distribution.
